CARD VALIDITY
JT card has no expiry date unless the company announces cancellation. However, spending points are valid within 1-year calendar. Your membership card is for your personal use and is non-transferable.

MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION
Applications for The JT Card are available at Jim Thompson stores and restaurants throughout Thailand and Singapore. Please ask our customer service staff for an Application Form.

LOST CARDS
Loss or theft of your JT Card must be reported immediately to The JT Card call center. A replacement card request form must be signed and submitted to enable us to issue a replacement card. A Processing fee of Baht 150 will be charged.

CARD USAGE
Currently, The JT Card can be used at any of our stores and restaurants in Thailand and Singapore, excluding duty free stores.

CARD BENEFITS
The JT Card benefits cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions and special events. Discount entitlements will apply to regular priced items only and therefore cannot be used at factory sales outlets, BITEC Sales and duty free stores.

PERMISSION
As a JT Card member, consent is given to Jim Thompson to update and retain information provided by the member on a confidential database. As a member you have agreed that Jim Thompson may, from time to time, send you marketing materials and membership updates.

PROGRAMME CHANGES
Jim Thompson reserves the right to modify or amend the conditions of membership without notice.
